We do not take any liability for items being damaged during transport. However, If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at admin@sneakersouqq.ae so that we can escalate this to our shipping partner.

1. All orders cannot be cancelled beyond 48 hours of order being placed.
2. Eligibility: You may return a product within 7 days of receipt if it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
   
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the email address provided on our website. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note there is a 25% restocking fee on all returns.
4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. We will replace the product or provide a refund, depending on your preference.• Condition of Sneakers: Please note that some sneakers, particularly older or vintage pairs, may display signs of oxidation, such as yellowing on midsoles or other areas. This is a natural aging process caused by the materials used in their production and exposure over time. It is a common occurrence in older sneakers and does not affect their authenticity or structural integrity.
7. International Returns: If you are returning a product from outside the UAE, please ensure that the product is marked as a "Return" on any customs declarations. Failure to do so may result in customs duties or taxes being charged, which will be deducted from your refund.
8. Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized products, such as products with custom embroidery or printing, are not eligible for return or exchange.
10. Changes to Returns Policy: We reserve the right to modify this returns policy at any time, without notice. Please review this policy regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Please note: We do not provide a refund if the order is delayed within a 48 hour window of the range of estimated date of delivery. You will receive a delay compensation coupon up to AED 100 which can only be applicable on your next purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
