We do not take any liability for items being damaged during transport. However, If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at admin@sneakersouqq.ae so that we can escalate this to our shipping partner.

Returns
Thank you for shopping with SneakerSouqq. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following returns policy:
- Eligibility: You may return a product within 7 days of receipt if it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the email address provided on our website. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note there is a 25% restocking fee on all returns.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. We will replace the product or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
- International Returns: If you are returning a product from outside the UAE, please ensure that the product is marked as a "Return" on any customs declarations. Failure to do so may result in customs duties or taxes being charged, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized products, such as products with custom embroidery or printing, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note: We do not provide a refund if the order is delayed within a 48 hour window of the range of estimated date of delivery. You will receive a delay compensation coupon up to AED 100.
